    Nestled just off the traditional golf course of Breezy Point, this charming condominium offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

    • Bedrooms: Two cozy bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a queen bed in the loft area that can be closed off for privacy, and a second bedroom with a queen bed.
    • Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, each featuring a shower and tub combo.
    • Additional Sleeping Space: A Murphy wall bed provides extra sleeping space without compromising the living area.
    • Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals.
    • Living Room: Relax by the large stone gas fireplace, creating warm and inviting evenings.
    • Outdoor Space: The back deck features a gas grill, ideal for year-round grilling and outdoor dining.

    Sleeps up to 6 people (4 privately).

    Important Note:

    Due to local regulations, the hot tub is no longer in operation and cannot be used by guests.
